1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AACUSTODIA's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
AACUSTODIA provides a platform for tokenized precious metals custody services, including:
- Secure storage of physical precious metals
- Blockchain-based token receipts representing physical holdings
- Conversion and redemption services
- Portfolio management tools
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in fraudulent or malicious activities
- Keep your wallet information secure and confidential
4. Custody and Storage
All physical precious metals are stored in secure, insured vaults. AACUSTODIA maintains full insurance coverage for all stored assets. Tokens issued represent a claim on the underlying physical metals in our custody.
5. Fees and Charges
Users are subject to the following fees:
- Custody fees: 0.5% annually of the value of stored metals
- Withdrawal fees: Based on current market rates for delivery and handling
- Conversion fees: As specified at the time of conversion
6. Redemption and Withdrawal
Users may request physical delivery of their precious metals subject to minimum quantities, applicable fees, and verification procedures. Redemption requests are processed within 10 business days.
7. Limitation of Liability
AACUSTODIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the assets in custody.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, users must redeem or withdraw all assets within 30 days. AACUSTODIA reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AACUSTODIA operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
